BMI Club Management attendees should not make arrangements to leave before 15h00 on the last day of class.   

Venue
Durban Country Club - Established in 1922, Durban Country Club has a proud history that spans back almost 90 years and is a popular club amongst both golf enthusiasts and Durban residents alike. The Club is a place of relaxation and fun for the entire family offering world class sporting and leisure facilities. Renowned for its classic Cape Dutch architecture and beautiful setting overlooking the Indian Ocean, the Club has been the venue of choice for many an important celebration in its rich history. Durban Country Club was voted one of the Top 100 golf courses of the World by Golf Magazine USA 2015 and voted 2nd best Golf course in South Africa. Steeped in tradition and history, the course has played host to the South African Open on 17 different occasions and was the venue for the centenary SA Open in 2010 which saw golfing legend, Ernie Els win his 5th SA Open title. For attendees outside of Gauteng please make your own accommodation and travel bookings.  CMASA and Tsogo Sun have negotiated a special deal with the below hotels;

Booking procedure
Book your place by emailing your name and surname and club that you are based at to admin@clubmanagement.co.za We will then confirm your booking and registration via email and request invoicing details from you.

The registration policy for CMASA's Business Management Institutes (BMI) requires a 50% deposit payment on booking and balance of payment 2 weeks before the start of the course.

Cancellation Policy 
Cancellation or transfer of said registration will be accepted with no penalty until 30 days prior to the start of a BMI program. No refund will be given for cancellation nor will transfer be allowed less than 28 days prior to the start of a program. An administrative fee of R250 will be charged for all full refunds.

In the event of a job change to a new club/facility, the cancellation penalty will be waived only if CMASA is able to fill the vacated seat. CMASA does require proof of new employment in order for the cancellation to be approved.
Additional fee(s) will be added to any cancellation for expenses already incurred by CMASA for supplemental class materials (i.e., textbooks, notebooks, surveys, etc.).

Any cancellation and/or request to change class date or program must be submitted in writing to CMASA by the individual whose name appears on the registration. Cancellation by phone or in writing by any party other than the class attendee will not be accepted, regardless of the initial payer; extenuating circumstances in this case will be reviewed by CMASA's General Manager (or other Executive Committee Member).
